Subject: Is Lactic Acid Training the key to spot reduction?

From Nick Nilsson

Hey, first off, don't forget I'll be interviewing John "Roman"
Romaniello at 1 pm EST today - you can listen in and post
questions on this page:

I've also got an excellent article for you on the hormonal
effects of Lactic Acid Training that Roman wrote. And though his
version of the training is different than mine (I'm also a big
fan of using Lactic Acid for a targeted hormonal response in the
body), the end result is the same...fat loss.

I'll tell you, it's an interesting premise about possible spot
reduction that he puts forward - and while I'm not convinced that
once you put fat ON in one place (from stress/cortisol), you can
take it specifically off in that one area by opposing the effects
of that cortisol, I'll let you be the judge.

That being said, the training methodology is still good, even
though I might not agree with the potential end result.

And not to keep you in suspense, but I'm going to send you to my
site to read the article as the content would most likely get
picked up by email filters and you'd never even see this
message!... (you'll see what I mean when you get to the page):

This should give you some ideas for questions to ask during the
interview :)

Here's the link again to his book website, and definitely keep
in mind, he's got his program on a 52% off launch special until
Thursday night at midnight:

Nick

P.S. Don't forget, I'm also throwing in a copy of my "Classified
Muscle Building...Abdominals" book. TONS of great ab exercises
tips and "hacks" to test out in your training. Here's a quick
sample:

"When doing Hanging Leg Raises, to really fire the lower abs
harder, at the top of the movement, when your ankles are near the
bar, thrust your feet up as though trying to put footprints on
the ceiling. Try burning out on these hanging leg thrusts at the
end of your set of hanging leg raises. Don’t let your feet come
down from the top of the leg raise until you can’t do any more
leg thrusts. You can also do this as an exercise on it's own. If
your ceiling isn’t high enough to execute this movement on the
chin-up bar, and you have a Smith machine or rack, set the bar
moderately low and do just the leg-thrust exercise part."
