I've just finished putting together a new download system so that you can have full, no-time-limit access to all the books you've bought from me!
This goes all the way back to 2002 (yeah, I've been at it that long :), including all my retired ones.
Here's how it works...
Since it's a new system, it randomly generated your password when I put in your customer information.
Your username is your email address.
To access your books, you'll need to reset your password by clicking the "Forgot Password" link on the login page (it's easy...it works just like every other reset link you've ever used).
Next, check your email and click on the link inside it.
The system will then ask you to choose a new password.
Once you've changed your password, this menu will come up. To get to your downloads, go to the "My Downloads" menu.
This will give you a list of all the books you've purchased under that email.
You can click here to get started and access all your books!
IMPORTANT! If you don't see all your books in your account...
- If you've used different email addresses in your past purchases, you'll have a separate account for each email address.
- This means you won't see all the books you've purchased under one "main" account.
But don't worry!
I'm happy to put those all into one main account for you under the email address of your choice.
Just reply to this email with your name and which email address you'd like to have as your main one and we'll get you hooked up.
