Subject: INSANE new Ab Rollout variation for you to try... (it's a good one)...

This one is just miserable...in a good way.

The movement itself resembles a classic rollout, but the setup changes the level of tension on the core so that you get NO break from the start of the set to the end of the set.

You'll need a high pulley or some bands to perform this one...and you'll need to have a pretty strong core already as it's an advanced exercise.

If you've been looking for a new way to challenge your core (or "reward" yourself for all the holiday eating you've been doing), you'll want to try this one.
