1. Self-Defence with Jeff Anderson - How to Not Die

Let me be clear up front...this is self-defence information that
can be used by BOTH men and women. It is definitely brual but it
is also VERY effective stuff. When "rules" are out the window and
an attacker(s) is coming after you, this is the stuff you NEED to
know.

Jeff (a.k.a the Muscle Nerd), in addition to writing
bodybuilding books, is also a Master Close Quarters Combat
instructor and in last night's webinar, he really let loose with
some serious "how-to" techniques for ensuring that you could
quickly and easily take down your attacker in a matter of
SECONDS.

2. Killer Exercises For Mass

In my email yesterday I mentioned 3 mass-factors that you can
address in order to destroy muscle-building plateaus...well, I

** Connective Tissue Training **
