Subject: I thought this was the WORST way to eat for fat loss...
...until I tried it for myself, just to see what would happen.
I thought there was no way it could work...that your body would go into "starvation mode" and you'd lose all your muscle mass...
That you'd get so hungry that you'd end up pigging out on junk food all the time....
That you'd feel so weak and tired you couldn't train with any intensity or heavy weight.
I was WRONG.
The diet method is incredibly effective.
- you don't lose muscle mass
- you DO get hungry, but the feeling actually goes away surprisingly quickly
- you don't lose strength
- you train your body to use food more efficiently and use bodyfat for energy more effectively
It's so counterintuitive...yet it flat-out WORKS.
And honestly, I ended up liking it so much, I incorporated it into my own fat-loss programs.
