Subject: I got a 6-month supply of this T-support stuff to test out...
And I'm going do blood tests before and after to verify what happens!...The ingredients looks REALLY good and the mechanism of action behind why each ingredient is in the product looks solid to me. The supplement is called Critical T, and it's made by my friends at Critical Bench. I've known the owner of the company, Mike Westerdal, literally since the dawn of the Internet, way back in 2002. He sent me a 6-month supply of Critical T to test out and rather than just assume it's going to work based on the ingredients list, I've decided to go one better and actually get blood work done before I start and then 6 months later. Now, obviously that doesn't tell us anything right now, but based on what's in it, I think it has real potential to be VERY effective. Here's a list of all the ingredients... I've actually used about 3/4 of these ingredients at some point or another and done research on them, so I'm very familiar with how effective they can be. Tongkat Ali in particular is a real powerhouse when it comes to T support.
Here's a breakdown of how each ingredient can support T levels...
It's an excellent overall spectrum of ingredients...however some of the real benefits are going to be a result of stacking those ingredients together. For example, stacking Tongkat Ali, which can directly support T production, with Acacetin, which can block estrogen receptors, will have a much greater cumulative effect than just taking one or the other. (and I'll be honest, the page is a bit hypey but the product is solid, which is why I'm going so fully in on testing it with bloodwork... I really want to see how well it works).
Bottom line...As we get older, our T levels tend to decline... but there ARE things you can do naturally to fight that decline. Lifestyle changes like reducing your bodyfat, using natural products like soap and shampoo that don't contain environmental estrogens, and minimizing pesticide intake are just a few. Taking Critical T is another simple approach that I think has a lot of potential. Nick Nilsson P.S.
