Subject: I don't always use Drop Sets...but when I do...

...I use EXPONENTIAL Drop Sets...

Because with Exponential Drop Sets, you're going to
target literally EVERY available muscle fiber, muscle
fiber type and motor unit in the target exercise/bodypart
in one extended set.

And yes, I know that sounds hard..

...but don't worry...it's actually a lot harder than that.

Oh shoot, I guess I was supposed to make you actually
WANT to try them... :)



I just used this technique last Tuesday on Day 20 of my
"Metabolic Surge - Rapid Fat Loss" program...I'm doing
a run-through of it right now, experimenting with some
potential new techniques to incorporate into it.

This Exponential Drop Set technique will likely make
it into a new "insane" version of the program...
