Subject: How to use holiday overeating to build MUSCLE...

December is almost here and that means holiday eating...

Here's the thing...you can USE that overeating to your advantage to gain muscle. All that holiday food actually makes it the PERFECT time to focus on building mass.

I do this every year myself...my training naturally flows towards a more mass-and-strength oriented approach, rather than fat loss.

What you need, however, is a PLAN to get the most out of it...a plan that maximizes growth and takes into account the actual holiday days so that you're not training on Christmas Day (which your family might not appreciate or when the gym might not be open).

Essentially, you need a plan that "overtrains" you up until the point where you're naturally going to want to pull back and relax with family and friends (i.e. the last week of December), so you can take time off and COAST your way to increased muscle and strength from that point on.

This is that plan.

It's called "Decembulk" from my friend and fellow strength coach Jason Maxwell. I've read through it and Jason's done a great job of putting together a solid workout schedule that will allow you to build muscle while minimizing fat gain...because let's face it, who wants to try and lose fat during the holidays? Not me.

AFTER, absolutely. During, nope.

This is the time of year to do some serious eating (guilt-free) and this is the program that can help you get the most out of it.
