Subject: How to use bodyweight training to get muscular and strong...

I'm a huge fan of bodyweight training...

To me, there's nothing quite as impressive as somebody who can perform amazing feats of strength, power and balance while sporting a SHREDDED physique.

However, there is a LOT more to it than just banging out some chin-ups or push-ups.

You've probably seen videos on YouTube of guys in parks doing insanely cool things on bars and playground equipment.

They've become masters of their bodyweight...

...and they all started somewhere...


Have you ever wondered how you could progress from "normal" chin-ups and push-ups to being able to DO some of these insane bodyweight moves yourself, while getting a muscular physique like those guys?

It all comes down to proper progressions...moving from easier exercsises to harder variations with PROPER form.

Me, I can do some pretty cool bodyweight exercises...I incorporate a lot of them into my own training. However, I'm not a PRO at it like a few guys I know in the business.

One of those guys is Greg O'Gallagher.
