Subject: How to train PAIN-FREE into your 40's, 50's, 60's, 70's and beyond!

One of the most impressive things to me is when someone who is 70, 80 or even 90 years old continues to train and can still move like a 20 year old.

Because no matter how strong, lean and fit you are when you’re younger, you still want to live a high quality of life when you’re older...not beaten down by injuries and joint pain.

Jack LaLanne was a prime example of this...strong and mobile well into his 90's.

Now granted...me, I do a LOT of insane exercises and use a TON of weight in many of the exercises that I do. I love to do it and I'm going to keep doing it...

...but it's NOT 100% necessary for YOU to train insane like me to get great results.

You can get in GREAT shape without using the kind of loads and extreme training methods that I use.

You can use exercises that give you all the benefits of these high intensity workouts but that don’t have the same impact and overload on your joints and muscles.
