Subject: How to squat without a rack...[your legs will be screaming!]
Ok, first off, we need to establish that 
          having your legs screaming 
          is a GOOD thing... ;)
          
          The exercise I want to show you 
          today is perfect if you're in a home
          gym situation where you don't have access to a rack for safe
          squatting...doesn't mean you can't do it at a gym, too, though!
          
          All you need for this one is a dumbell 
          and something solid to grab 
          onto and you're set.
          
          The last time I did this exercise 
          was for a set of 100 reps...and 
          my quads were the sorest they've been in literally 10 years.
