Subject: How to peak...dial it in for MAX definition when you're already lean...
I'll be honest...I've never tried to peak for a physique competition or a special event.
So whenever I get a question from
somebody looking for advice on how to
do that, I will always refer them to somebody who has greater knowledge
in that area than I do.
That's where my friend Scott Tousignant
is my new "go to" guy. He recently
entered a bodybuilding competition and came in absolutely SHREDDED...like
disgustingly shredded, which is the best kind of shredded to be
:).
And he's put together an article for
me to send to you detailing the exact
strategies he used in that final "peak week" to come in
ripped to the bone
and holding very little water.
Now, you don't have to be doing a
competition to benefit from this info. If
you just want to look your best for a special event or even just
to go to the
beach, that's absolutely fine. This is good stuff.
