Subject: How to naturally improve "T" levels with food...(and other methods)
So first
off, if you're male and you're past your
early 20's, it's downhill from here in terms of
testosterone levels.
That's just a fact...but
that doesn't mean you can't fight it all the way!
(and on a side note, if you are in your
teens or early 20's, you can
still maximize what you're already got, so you should keep reading,
too).
There are actually quite a few things you can do to help boost
your "T" levels naturally, using food, training, supplements
and
other simple lifestyle changes.
For example,
- don't binge drink. Alcohol pretty much kills "T" levels
- eat cruciferous vegetables like broccoli and cauliflower
- make sure you're getting enough zinc either in diet or supplements
- take "contrast" showers after training for recovery
All these things can help and they're not hard to do.
So anyway, what I've got for you today is a cool little reference
guide put out by a friend of mine Ryan Magin.
He's done a TON of research on the subject of increasing
"T"
levels naturally (and what to avoid to keep them from being
artificially lowered) and has complied it all into a quick, easy-to-
read ebook that he's selling for 10 bucks.
I covered a couple of things above...he's got a total of 101 of
these quick tips that you can put to work right away and start
noticing a difference fast.

Enjoy!
It's good info. I've been
reading through the book this morning
and I already feel like punching somebody and getting a
spray tan (just kidding ;).
