Subject: How to improve your 225 lbs "bench for reps" number FAST...

Benching for reps, whether it be the classic "225 lbs" test like they do at the NFL Combine, or
benching your bodyweight, is a GREAT test of strength and endurance.

For me, the most I ever benched 225 lbs for was 25 reps (I weighed 205 at the time, so it
was a bit more than bodyweight). Not too shabby but definitely room for improvement.

Now, if you're interested in improving your "bench for reps" numbers, I've got a great video
