Subject: How to get "real-world" STRONG using bodyweight exercises

Bodyweight training can be INCREDIBLY effective for building strength...IF you know how to use it correctly.

There's a lot more to building strength with bodyweight training than just throwing down some push-ups and chin-ups and hoping for the best.

You need to know how to use proper exercise progressions (and exercise variations) so that you can start at an appropriate level and move to more advanced movements when you're ready for them.

I think one of the biggest mental mistakes people make about bodyweight training for strength is thinking of it as being "limited" by your bodyweight.

In reality, your body has GOT plenty of weight available to build SERIOUS strength...you're only limited by your knowledge on how to best USE your bodyweight to build that strength.

And that's where my friend and colleague Forest Vance comes in. He's created a program called (very appropriately) "Body Weight Strong."

Rather than being a program focused on bodyweight "metabolic training" for fat loss (which is a great way to use bodyweight training, too, btw), it's totally focused on getting you STRONG.

Personally, I think it's extremely important to master your own bodyweight when it comes to training (heck, just ask a gymnast if they think bodyweight training can build strength and muscle!)

You'll never be without a gym...you'll be able to MOVE yourself better in every sense of the word...and you'll build PRACTICAL strength that translates into the real world.

THAT is what being "Body Weight Strong" is all about and Forest has done a tremendous job putting together this resource for you.
