A big, meaty set of traps cannot be hidden by a T-shirt.

Traps are a defining characteristic of a strong, powerful physique.

You can't fake traps.

This is me in the picture below...right after doing a yoke bar walk with 450 lbs for a mile. It took me an hour an a half to finish and it was one of the hardest things I've ever done in my life.

My traps swelled up like meatloafs.

Carrying extremely heavy things for stupid long distances is how I build traps.

However, I'm also a bit nuts.

If YOU want to get yoked (big traps and upper back), you don't need to the insane stuff that I do...there is another way.
