Subject: How to build muscle with STRETCHING...

Yep, you read that right...

Here's the thing, though...I'm not talking about the kind of stretching that you're probably thinking of.

I'm talking about LOADED stretching like this...

There is much debate over whether or not hyperplasia (muscle fiber splitting) can happen in humans. It's been demonstrated in animals (cats and birds) with INCREDIBLE results (300+% gain in muscle size).

Personally, I think the evidence DOES support it, which is why I've put together several loaded-stretch training protocols myself over the years.

These methods are definitely not comfortable but they WORK for building mass (whether it's true hyperplasia, satellite cell activation or anabolic chemical growth factors released in response to the mechanical stretch, I'm not sure).

That's why I was really excited to see a new program based on loaded-stretch training come across my desk.

It's called "Anabolic Stretching."

The methods are very simple and not time-intensive...even just 5-10 minutes done at the end of your regular workout will get you results.

The goal is to attempt to duplicate the tremendous stretch-tension that resulted in those muscle gains in the animal studies.

Now, the exact protocols are not something we can replicate in a human...it would be way too painful (though truth be told, I AM working on it ;).

The methods you'll find in the Anabolic Stretching program are extremely effective...similar in many ways to what I've done and recommended to you in the past.

They're DOABLE and they WILL get you results.

Now, I'll be straight up honest with you...the website is a bit on the hypey side. But the actual program you'll get is rock-solid and not expensive ($9). It's absolutely worth the price.

There is really good, practical information in the program and it's stuff that you can put to work without changing your whole training program around...just add it to the end of your current workouts.
