I call it "Daily Specialization 2.0"...
For my money, it's one of the most powerful (and really simplest) concepts in resistance training...progression.
This is VERY gradual progression whereby you train very frequently (twice a day, every day) and increase the loads very minimally (as little as possible) over long stretches of time.
This gives your body ample opportunity to adapt to the loads and improve constantly without hitting any major plateaus.
I used this concept on "bottom start" squats not long ago and used it to work up to a 410 lb PR in the exercise.
It flat-out works.
