Subject: How to build UNBELIEVABLE strength with just your bodyweight...
I'm a huge fan of bodyweight training...
And I would say that anybody who hasn't spent some dedicated time mastering their bodyweight is really missing out on BIG TIME muscle growth and strength that carries directly over into free weight training.
Case in point, shoulders have always been a weak link for me...and one of the things that worked BEST for improving them was a serious focus on handstand push-ups.
Within just a few months of this focus, I took myself from basically zero reps (literally all I could do was a controlled negative for one rep) to a set of FORTY reps.
My shoulders grew like they had NEVER grown before...and I was able to do sets of Seated Dumbbell Shoulder Press with 105 lb dumbbells for sets of 5 reps.
Seriously.
This is what REAL bodyweight training can do for you.
And that's why I want to introduce you to a good friend of mine, Logan Christopher.
Logan is nuts...literally insane...which is one of my favorite things about him. We speak the same language :).
To give you an idea, we were at a fitness conference not long ago and it was his turn to present...and rather than tell a joke as an icebreaker, he did two backflips beside the podium.
He's also done some AMAZING feats of strength that are just off the charts (like supporting 1,000 lbs on himself in a wrestlers bridge position).
