Subject: How to breathe to unlock the REAL power in your body...

If you were to ask me what single thing would have the biggest impact on your training, it would be proper breathing.

Without question.

It's not glamorous but it's 100% true.

Proper breathing patterns can put your body is an incredibly strong position to lift weights...or, when done improperly, can fold you like a burrito.

It is absolutely CRITICAL to know how to breathe when you're moving heavy weights so that you don't hurt yourself and so that you can truly maximize your strength and power.

Proper breathing can put your body in ideal positions to activate muscles (like breathing IN during a pulldown, not out, to fully activate the lats).

Improper breathing weakens you and causes issues with body alignment during exercises.

That's why when my friend Logan Christopher told me he had put together a book solely dedicated to breathing, I said "how soon can I tell my people about this book?"
