Subject: Hit the "inner" chest with this weird press variation...

Now the reason I have "inner" in quotes is because the inner chest doesn't actually exist as a distinct part of the chest like the upper chest does.

What this exercise does is change the angle of the upper body to develop the inner aspect of the chest and focus strongly on the peak contraction of the pecs.

This can really enhance the fullness of the chest as well as the "cleavage" between the pecs.

It's like doing a crosss-body dumbbell press or something similar to a converging handle bench press machine (where the handles come together in front of you as as you press) but with a dumbbell.

I've even added in a bit of a extra flair with an offset loaded dumbbell to make it even MORE effective.

Check out the full rundown here...

For reference, the dumbbell handle that I'm using is the AdjustaBELL handle from Kensui.

These things are excellent. They come set for standard plates (small holes) but you can also get adapters to use with Olympic plates.

One of the best features is that they allow you have no posts sticking out the ends of the dumbbells that you make...much more comfortable to use for exercises like this where it's better to rest dumbbells on your thighs getting into and out of position.

You can get a set directly here (use code FITPOWER10 to get 10% off that and any other pieces of equipment on their site).

Or click here to read my full, in-depth review of the handles here.
