Subject: Hanging Knee Raise variation builds SERIOUS core power...
The Hanging Knee Raise is a classic ab and hip flexor exercise.
It's great for developing the six-pack abs (with a strong focus on lower abs) as well as building power in the hip flexors.
Hip flexor power is critical for running speed...the faster you can get get your leg forward again, the faster you'll run.
This exercise uses a dip belt to add direct resistance to the movement.
