Subject: Guys...would you rather look like this...or that...?

...big, ripped and with a GIANT "roid" gut...

Or would you rather look like THIS... (minus the mustache, of course, if that's not your cup of tea ;)... lean, muscular and powerful.

I think for the VAST majority of guys, the answer would be the second photo...that's a picture of Eugen Sandow, considered to be the father of modern bodybuilding.

And I think he would be appalled at the state of the sport right now, to be quite honest.

In his era, it was not just about who could get the biggest muscles without regard to health or performance. You had to be STRONG and you had to be HEALTHY to earn respect in the world of physical culture...and it was like this right up until the advent of steroids.

One of the things I'm most passionate about in life is training...real, hard training that develops athletic performance, toughness, and strength as well as the physique.

I want to BE as strong as I LOOK...and I don't want to look like a big, bloated, shredded whale with internal organs 3 times their normal size.

I think the "golden age" bodybuilders had it right...they built large muscles and proportionate physiques with SERIOUS strength and performance capabilities.

If you're with me on this, I want to introduce you to a friend of mine, Matt Marshall.

Matt has put together a book that is all about helping you build a CLASSIC physique...not a lumpy, "artificial" physique that is all show and no go.

I've read through the whole thing and he's done a fantastic job tying in "old time" physique training with more modern methods. This is really good stuff.

Check out "How to Build a Classic Physique" here and develop the kind of physique you actually WANT...lean, strong and PACKED with natural muscle.
