Hey, just got a quick one for you here today.

As you can imagine, there aren't too many sports where an
improvement in grip strength wouldn't give you a huge advantage
and baseball is a BIG one....(cripes, even in bowling, it would
give you an advantage).

So if you play baseball or softball, time to pay attention
here...

Jedd Johnson of the Diesel Crew has just put together a grip
strength training manual specifically for basebell.

Now, if you're not familiar with the Diesel Crew these guys are
specialists in grip and athletic performance...ESPECIALLY forearm
and grip strength. I have to say, when it comes to that subject,
there isn't anyone I trust more on it.

Anyway, long story short, if you ARE a baseball player and want
an unfair advantage on the field, this training manual will give
