Subject: Got a weak bodypart?...(2 cool programs to fix it)
Everybody has weak bodyparts...for me,
shoulders are among
my worst. They're tough to develop and I gain strength in them
slowly and lose strength in them quickly.
If YOU have a weak bodypart (or
parts), I've got the tools you
need to FIX them.
So what I've got for you today are
two programs that I've had
GREAT success with in fixing weak bodyparts both in myself and in
others.
Program
#1 (no equipment required)
Program #2 (some basic equipment required)
The first program is one you
can do at home with little to no equipment.
The second program does require
some free weights to perform
properly, since it will involve progressive resistance.
These are programs that only take
a couple of minutes a day yet can
yield SPECTACULAR results.
