Chances are good you've got
a weak bodypart (or two)...for
example, maybe your chest is always lagging behind in
development compared to the rest of your body...maybe
even it's your glutes!
Everybody (yes, male OR female) has bodyparts that
can
stand some extra work to bring them in balance.
That's when you need Specialization
Training...it's targeted
training designed to FIX that problem of imbalanced muscle
development in the body.
So what I've got for you today is literally my very favorite
Specialization program...it's the exact program structure and
workouts I use to specialize on whatever part I find is lagging
behind.
Now, I know bodypart specialization like this goes against
the concept of "functional, total-body training"...but in
my
humble opinion, who cares? :)
This is bodybuilding training
at it's finest (and most fun, I
think). You don't always have to train with "functional"
in
mind. I give you my permission.
And I have to say, the results you
can get in that one
bodypart when you really focus all your training and recovery
energy on it can be downright astonishing.
