In fact, in my opinion, a good probiotic supplement is one of
the KEY top-priority supplements you should be taking just in
general. I take one every day myself.

Because here's the thing...if your gut (and by that, I mean your
intestinal tract) isn't healthy then your digestion is not going to
be efficient.

And inefficient digestion means you're just not going to be
getting the full benefits of the nutrients found in the food
you're eating. Even if you spend top dollar on getting the best
quality food, poor digestion means much of it is just going to
waste.
