Yeah, I didn't think I'd EVER use that phrase in a sentence but
that's how everybody knows that problem area by...the pooch is
the bulging lower abdominal area that often doesn't go away even
with low bodyfat and abdominal work.

THIS exercise is just the ticket to fixing it. Very easy to do
and can be done anywhere.
