Subject: Get better CALVES with this weird "upper body" training trick...

If you've got stubborn calves like me, you know it takes a lot of work and some "secret sauce" to really get them to respond.

That's the trick I've got for you today...just posted the video on my YouTube channel here.

It involves using your UPPER BODY in a very specific way during the calf raise to force a MUCH stronger contraction in your calves.

And yeah, while it is a weird one, nobody will even know you're doing it unless you want them to! You WILL feel it, though.
