Subject: Get an almost-painful bicep pump from this simple superset...

Bicep training is fun...let's face it...especially when you get a killer bicep pump going.

And this superset has rapidly become one of my favorite methods for getting that monster pump in the biceps.

You'll be targeting the biceps in two very different ways with two different exercises, done as a continuous "rest-pause superset" (you'll see what I mean).

The execution is incredibly simple...and you won't even get strange looks when you do it at the gym :)
