Subject: GREAT posterior chain (and fat-burning!) training technique...[3 min video]
The Swing is a classic movement that targets
almost every major muscle group in your body,
though most specifically on the posterior chain (which is essentially
all the muscles that run
down the back of your body, specifically the glutes, hamstrings, and
lower back for the swing
exercise).
It's one of THE single best exercises you can do in the gym.
This exercise is often done using kettlebells,
though you can also use dumbells very effectively
as well, if you don't have access to kettlebells.
The dumbell version is the one I'm going
to focus on here...especially since it's not often you
find enough kettlebells in one place to really do a style of set like
I'm going to show. With
dumbells, absolutely.

P.S. One quick thing...I do have to apologize
if I offended anybody with that yoga vs alcohol graphic
I sent the other day. It was only meant in humor and definitely not
intended to make light of those
who have issues with alcohol! I got some feedback on it and I didn't
think of it that way before I sent
it out. My apologies again!
