Subject: For women over 35 only...(how to lose fat and flatten your stomach)

So I'll tell you right up front...(and you may already realize this)...I don't often send emails specifically for women.

It's not because I think my training programs and exercises aren't good for women...

Far from it.

It's just that I while I DO believe that women CAN do any program men can do...it's not always the case that they SHOULD.
