Subject: Fix your posture with this simple exercise...
If you ever sit at an airport or in a mall and people watch for any length of time, you'll notice how often you see poor posture.
...shoulders slumped forward, back rounded, head tilted forward and down (text neck)...people gradually becoming the letter C.
In fact, it might be something YOU struggle with as well.
If so, I've got a cool little exercise that can help you with that.
This is a great exercise for working the small, posture-improving muscles of the upper back, neck and shoulders that get easily overwhelmed when using heavier weights on rows and pulldowns. This exercise requires only very light weights and puts your body in a position where those small muscles can really get activated strongly.
If you have trouble with your shoulders pulling/hunching forward, DO THIS EXERCISE. It directly targets those postural muscles that help pull things back into alignment.
