Wide Band Pull-Ups

For this one, you're going to be gripping onto bands hung on a
rack or chin-up bar. This puts direct side resistance on the lats
- great for expanding back width and really hitting those lateral
lat fibers. Plus, you can bounce your way into a few more reps at
the end.
