Chin-Up-"ish" Pulldowns

A chin-up is generally considered a better exercise than a pulldown, however,
what if you can't do a chin-up? This version of the pulldown uses sub-maximal
weight to change the pulldown into an almost chin-up, while still giving full range of motion.
