This is one of the easiest ways to instantly give yourself the
ability to use more weight on most dumbell exercises. This
example is with the Swiss ball dumbell bench press...by adding
ankle weights onto your forearms, I immediately added 40 lbs onto
the possible load. Very useful if you're limited in your dumbell
weights.
