Reverse Incline Barbell Front Raises

Hitting the front delts directly isn't something I often do, but
this exercise is one of the best I've found for hitting them
strongly when I DO decide to hit them directly. It really forces
you to stay strict and changes the peak contraction point of the
exercise to a much more effective position.
