I recently had the opportunity to interview a top Doctor of Physical Therapy on a pain relief concept that I find utterly fascinating...he calls it "Scientific Yoga."

The basic idea is learning how to use yoga-like positions and movements to essentially reprogram your body to move better and align itself better, allowing it to heal and eliminate pain.

There are NO drugs or meds or supplements required...and it's stuff you can do at home with zero equipment.

If you're dealing with nagging pain or injuries that just won't go away, this is stuff you absolutely need to read about.

In the interview, we covered topics like...

- how injuries may not even be the cause of your pain...it could be a faulty movement pattern that you picked up as a kid, that once you fix, you'll have no pain at all.

- why months of therapy should not be necessary...you should be at least 50% better by the fourth session with a physio if they know what they're doing and are properly addressing the problem.

- how to reawaken your "primal patterns" that every single human being knows how to do from birth (and that we screw up constantly along the way) to fix your body and relieve your pain fast.

- why "scientific yoga" is LIKE yoga but is not really yoga...you do it in a specific manner, guided by what sort of pain you're feeling so that you address the ROOT cause of your pain.

- how to reclaim the HOPE in your life...the hope of doing the things you resigned yourself to never being able to do again (like golfing, running, even walking to the store without pain).
