Subject: Effective, at-home, zero-equipment cardio training for fat loss...(easy method)
Cardio training for
fat loss doesn't necessarily
have to be long and boring.
It doesn't have to be done
on expensive cardio
machines.
It doesn't have to take forever and it doesn't
need to be painful.
And I'll tell you honestly that
for fat loss, it also doesn't really
even need to be done at all... ;).
So anyways, now that I've
apparently completely disavowed the
whole premise behind this article, let's get right into it...
What I've got for you is a
great cardio training method that I like
to use when I do cardio at home, down in my basement gym/mad
scientist lab.
-
It doesn't require any equipment,
-
it's WAY more interesting than sitting on a bike for 40 minutes,
-
it will challenge your athleticism and movement skills when
using the more advanced variations (don't worry...the beginner
versions don't require any co-ordination that you don't already have), -
and it's extremely effective for fat loss and boosting the metabolism.
So
what is this mystery cardio method? Check it out here...
