Subject: Don't eat yogurt for probiotics (here's why)...

The problem is in how commerical yogurt products are made...

When you read the label, you'll often see "made with active cultures."

This is how ALL yogurt is made. Nothing wrong with that.

The problem is that most of these yogurts are then heat treated to extend their shelf life...and all those good, little bacteria that you think you're getting are KILLED by this heat training.

You're eating a dead cup of flavored goo.

Look for labels that say "active yogurt cultures,” “living yogurt cultures,” or “contains active cultures.”

Yogurt that has real, live active cultures will only last about 2 weeks in the fridge before it goes bad (mold, gas bubbles, etc.). If your yogurt "goo" has an expiration date way beyond that, it's basically sugar-filled garbage, no matter how nice the packaging looks.

Yogurts from Greece, Israel, Lebanon, or India are generally a much better product in terms of live cultures, especially the plain ones that have no added flavors (add your own when you're about to eat it).

I find stuff like this fascinating.

This is a webinar put on by my friends at BiOptimizers, makers of the P3-OM protein-digesting probiotic that's currently on a BIG sale right now.

This webinar happens tomorrow (Tuesday) at 8 pm EST, 5 pm PST. Spots are limited but there is still space and you can sign up here.

If you'd like to find out more about this amazing probiotic right now, you can go directly to their website here.

I take one of these every single meal I eat and it helps me tremendously with digestion. I noticed a difference right away, the first time I tried it.

You can think of digestive enzymes as the lawn mower that originally helps you chop up the nutrients you eat into smaller pieces. This probiotic helps "mulch" that food to make it even MORE digestible after that, further down the digestive system process.

Bottom line, if you have any issues with digestion, I would absolutely recommend you hop on this webinar.

Fantastic information and stuff you can put to work in your own diet, even if you don't get their probiotic.
