Subject: Do you train at home? (garage, basement, etc)
This is something you should definitely check out...
It's called The Garage Gym Summit.
It's a free online event, with myself and 5 other fitness experts.
The goal of this event is to show you how to more effectively train at home (in your garage, basement, living room...wherever!) with limited equipment.
One of the hallmarks of home gym training is that you're generally working with a much smaller array of equipment than in a regular gym. For me personally, even as creative as I am, I find I do about 80% of my workouts using just a rack, barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells and a bench.
You don't need much more than that to get GREAT results in your training, IF you've got the right programs, exercises and knowledge.
And THAT is what this summit is all about.

On a related note, if you try this leg exercise, you'll realize that I'm not a nice person...
It's a Bulgarian Split Squat done with a kettlebell, with a unique twist that makes the exercise MUCH more effective (in my opinion)...my quads, glutes and hams are killing me today and I only did them last night.
They're fun to do but dang...
