Subject: Do you stress eat? This can help...
When it comes to dieting, stress-eating is one of the toughest things to combat...
After all, not only is dieting itself stressful, it seems like the moment you decide to commit to a diet and exercise plan, THAT is when everything decides to blow up on you.
And before you know it, you find yourself facedown in a bag of potato chips that were "for the kids"...
And then you feel it...that horrible GUILT, knowing you shouldn't have eaten that but you just couldn't help it.
Which causes even MORE stress.
It's a vicious circle...
So how do you break it?
There are herbs and spices (and mushrooms) that can help with stress.
Turmeric and ashwagandha are two of the big ones that I've used and they're very effective. I've supplemented with these before and they work really well.
There are also brain-supporting mushroom extracts that can really help support your mental state so that the stress just rolls right off you rather than you internalizing it.
I've been testing a product that contains all of these ingredients (and several more that help with appetitie and blood sugar control).
It's called "Golden Superfood Bliss."
And if you have issues with stress, stress-eating and the resulting terrible sleep (and, of course, the metabolic damage it does to you!), you're going to want to learn more about this stuff.
You take it before bed, and it helps you destress and get better sleep...which could be the keystone you need to reset your entire outlook on life :).
Here's the full list of ingredients:
The stuff tastes AWESOME.
If you've ever tried turmeric with coconut milk, you're familiar with the smooth, silky taste, tiny bit spicy taste. It's like that with a little bit of cinnamon.
It's something you'll look forward to every night.
I like to mix it in hot tap water, though you can boil up water or even mix it cold water. I find regular hot water to be just perfect.
You can learn more about Golden Superfood Bliss here.
Right now, they're running a special where you can potentially get an additional "mystery" gift with your purchase...and even an extra free bag of the stuff as well.
I really like this stuff. It's absolutely worth testing out, especially if you have issues with stress eating and poor sleep.
