This is something I've noticed in myself when I eat the wrong foods together.

I actually did this a few night ago...for dinner, I ate chicken, a salad, carrots, almonds and some Greek yogurt for dessert.

ALL of those foods are great diet foods...when eaten at the right TIME. However, all mixed together they had me laying on the couch groaning. Really bad idea to mix them.

THIS is the kind of thing you need to avoid if you want to really use food to lose fat efficiently.

There are very rew REALLY bad foods...it really just comes down to WHEN and HOW you eat them.
