So here's that cool, new exercise I mentioned yesterday...and if
you've ever had a hard time feeling your lats working when
training back, that ends TODAY with this exercise.
The position it puts your body in FORCES your lats to
do the work...it basically combines a pulldown movement with a
pullover movement to keep tension on the lats from start to
finish (unlike with the regular pulldown where you lose tension
at the top and the pullover where you lose tension at the
"fully-over" position).
All you need for this is a low pulley and a decline bench and
you're set! Let me know how you like it when you get a chance
