Heavy Barbell Step-Ups for Cardio

Resistance-based cardio is by far my favorite form of cardio. And this technique
takes it to the max. You'll be using a relatively heavy weight on the bar while
doing very short range of motion step-ups. Great challenge for cardio and for
the muscular system as well.
