Leg-Resisted Horizontal Close-Grip Push-Ups

You'll be using not only a bit of gravity but direct resistance
applied by your lower body in order to work the triceps with this
version of the close grip push-up. You'll just need a rail to set
your hands on and something for your feet to push off and you'll
be able to constantly adjust the amount of resistance you apply
to the exercise.
