Pin Curls

This variation of the barbell curl is done in the power rack...for the sole purpose of taking away the momentum that is generated at the start of the movement. This concept is similiar to the pin press on the bench press, where you begin from a dead stop to ensure the muscles are doing the work, not momentum.
