Dynamic Position Rack Push-Ups

This exercise allows you to do a bodyweight exercise
in a dynamic fashion,
changing the angle at the hips and the shoulders during the movement to
cover more fibers in the pecs. You can also add resistance to this movement
with a dip belt.
