Fat Loss Circuit Training, if you're not familiar with it, is one of my favorite time-efficient fat-loss training strategies.
To do it, you'll be alternating "normal" sets of resistance training with 30 to 40 seconds of moderate-intensity cardio training. This bounces your body back and forth between different energy systems and muscle fiber types, with ZERO rest for an entire workout.
It's fun, challenging and INCREDIBLY effective....and honestly, it's one of THE best time-efficient workouts I've ever used. You can hit everything in your body and be done in about 25 minutes.
So what I've got for you is a version of this style of training that uses a KILLER abdominal exercise I call Dumbbell Crawling as the cardio in between sets.
