Subject: DB Floor Presses not on the floor (this works WAY better)

The Floor Press is a great exercise for building power out of the bottom of the bench press.

This version accomplishes the same thing but is much easier to get into and out of position when using dumbbells.

And if your benches are different heights, you can even do a decline type of press.

It's a VERY comfortable way to press...really easy on the shoulders and allows you to use heavy weight.
